Patch Planets

Delete my data

Last updated: 3 November 2026. What changed: this is the first version.

This page explains how to delete the data Patch Planets holds about you, from Tiny Tools Cloud, an independent developer based in the Czech Republic. It goes with our privacy policy.

What we keep

Only if you said Yes to sharing your progress, our server keeps your levels started and finished (with stars, time, hints and moves), your achievements, and the app version. All of it is tied to one random player ID, and to nothing else: no name, email, location, contacts or advertising ID. You can see your player ID in the game's Settings ("Your player ID", tap to copy).

If you said No thanks, we hold no player data for you at all.

Two ways to delete it

1. In the app, straight away

Open the game, go to Settings and press Delete my data, then confirm. The game asks our server to erase everything stored for your player ID. It then turns the Share progress switch off and forgets that ID. If you turn sharing on again later, you get a new random ID with a clean slate. If your phone is offline, the game tells you so and does nothing: try again when you are online.

2. By email, within 30 days

Email hello@tinytools.cloud and include the player ID shown in Settings. We delete everything for that ID within 30 days and confirm by replying to you. We need the ID because nothing else links the data to you, so we can't find it any other way.

What is deleted, and what is not

If you just uninstall the app

Deleting or uninstalling the game does not, by itself, delete anything on our server. If you want your data gone, use one of the two ways above first. If you do nothing, the data is deleted automatically after 2 years without any activity from your player ID.

Backups

Our server is backed up in the EU. Deleted data also leaves the backups within 30 days.
